ImageSizeChecker is a free browser-based image size checker and image resizer available at imagesizechecker.pro. The site is designed to work without user accounts, subscriptions, payments, advertising profiles, or server-side image uploads.

This Privacy Policy explains what happens when you use ImageSizeChecker. In short: your image files are processed locally in your browser, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from visitors.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not sell personal information. We do not use behavioral advertising cookies. We do not intentionally build user profiles. We do not require analytics identifiers to use the site.

Image Files Stay In Your Browser

When you upload an image to ImageSizeChecker, the file is read by browser APIs on your device so the site can calculate dimensions, aspect ratio, file size, format, print-size estimates, preset comparisons, previews, and resized outputs.

The image checker and image resizer do not upload your image files to our server for processing. Resized downloads are generated in your browser. Temporary preview URLs are created locally by your browser and are discarded when you reset the page, close the tab, or clear the relevant browser state.

If you send an image from the checker page to the resizer page, ImageSizeChecker may use browser storage such as IndexedDB to pass the selected file and target size between those two pages. That transfer data is stored locally in your browser and is designed to expire after a short period. It is not sent to our server as part of the resizing workflow.

Limited Technical Data

Although the application is designed not to collect personal information, basic technical information may be processed automatically by hosting, security, CDN, or network infrastructure when any website is loaded. This can include information such as IP address, request URL, browser user agent, date and time of request, referral header, and security events.

We use this type of information only as necessary to deliver the site, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and understand whether the service is operating correctly. We do not use it to identify individual users or to create advertising profiles.

Cookies And Local Storage

ImageSizeChecker does not use advertising cookies. The site may use strictly necessary or functional browser storage for limited purposes, such as remembering language preference or temporarily moving an image from the checker workflow to the resizer workflow.

You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Clearing browser data may remove language preferences and any temporary local image-transfer data.

How We Use Information

We use locally processed image information only to provide the tool features you request, such as checking dimensions, comparing presets, previewing output, resizing images, and preparing downloads.

Any limited technical data processed by infrastructure is used to operate, secure, debug, and protect imagesizechecker.pro.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Because ImageSizeChecker does not require accounts and does not intentionally collect personal information through the tool, we usually do not have a user record to access, export, correct, or delete.
